What to Expect at Your Online Consultation
The first step is a discovery call with one of our highly experienced BioID team.

This is a private, online session, that takes about 30 minutes and is the starting point of your journey to better health.
During your initial call, we’ll take time to understand your symptoms, medical background, and overall health goals. It’s also your chance to ask questions, learn more about BioID’s approach to hormone therapy, and feel confident about your next steps.

To secure your initial appointment we take a deposit of £50.

Hormone health isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why every step of the BioID journey is tailored to your unique profile. From your blood test results to your ongoing hormone therapy treatment plan, we focus on what you need to feel your best.

We will organise a comprehensive blood test at a convenient location.

You will be invited to a follow-up appointment with one of our BioID team to discuss your blood results.

Should you decide to go ahead with treatment, you will receive a tailored hormone therapy plan, and your hormones will be delivered directly to your door, usually within 10 days.

Most people begin to notice positive changes within a few weeks, with ongoing improvements as treatment continues. You will have a monthly follow-up online consultation and a further blood test at 6 – 8 weeks.

Once you have made the booking, you will receive an email from us, with a link for a video call and a questionnaire to complete ahead of your consultation
At the time of your scheduled video consultation, you will want to be in a quiet place and connected to the internet to enjoy the full benefit with your personal clinician. They will discuss all of your symptoms, answer any questions you may have and will provide an initial diagnosis at the end of the session.
Whilst you are online with the clinician the next step is simple, you will book a full blood test. We will arrange for someone to visit you at your convenience to take a blood sample.
If you decide to proceed, you can pay annually in advance (and receive a discount) or pay for three months in advance and an ongoing recurring payment. There are no other hidden costs.
You have ongoing support from the team. There are monthly sessions with your personal clinician to make sure things are on track. If changes need to be made to your medication to optimise your results, the cost of your plan will not change.
