Louise has a busy life with 3 kids, she tries to look after herself the best she can. She loves socialising with friends but recently is starting feel not quite herself. She’s noticed she’s arguing with her husband a lot more regularly and feels ‘all over the place’. Her sleep isn’t great at the moment and she’s struggling to cope with everyday tasks. She loves to read and tries to stay healthy by eating well and going to Pilates once a week. 2 years ago her periods stopped completely but since then she has been experiencing hot flushes and night sweats. Her weight around her belly has dramatically increased, she’s starting to feel less confident about her appearance and can’t remember the last time she was intimate with her husband. Despite going to Pilates regularly, her joints have become achier and generally feels more tired day to day. She’s also recently been considering Botox as she feels her face has become wrinklier and more aged over the last few years.

Will is working full time and has a busy life with his wife and two teenage kids. Will and his wife enjoy socialising and he has a group of close friends he goes out with regularly. He has always tried to look good and feel good by eating well and going to the gym regularly. Will takes pride in his appearance but over the last few years he has noticed it’s becoming more difficult to maintain his shape and is losing muscle and gaining fat around his belly and the bottom of his back. Will worries about health and wants to stay in optimal condition for as long as he can. Recovery in the gym is slowly becoming harder and harder and he also feels his face is ageing more rapidly now.
