The initial consultation is the starting point of your journey to better health. This is a private, online session, lasting just 45 minutes, with one of our highly trained clinicians. To secure your appointment we take a deposit of £50. This is refunded should you decide to go ahead with treatment.

Should you decide to go ahead with treatment we will organise your blood test

Follow up appointment with one of our Bio Id team to discuss your blood results and receive a tailor-made plan via our app

Monthly follow up online consultation and further blood test at 6 – 8 weeks.
Once you have made the booking, you will receive an email from us, with a link for a video call and a questionnaire to complete ahead of your consultation.
At the time of your scheduled video consultation, you will want to be in a quiet place and connected to the internet to enjoy the full benefit with your personal clinician. They will discuss all of your symptoms, answer any questions you may have and will provide an initial diagnosis at the end of the session.
Whilst you are online with the clinician the next step is simple, you will book a full blood test. We will arrange for someone to visit you at your convenience to take a blood sample.
If you decide to proceed, you can pay annually in advance (and receive a discount) or pay for three months in advance and an ongoing recurring payment. There are no other hidden costs.
You have ongoing support from the team. There are monthly sessions with your personal clinician to make sure things are on track. If changes need to be made to your medication to optimise your results, the cost of your plan will not change.
